Brewing mead (honey wine) and hard cider has been a creative outlet for many years now. The brewing process gives me zen and the honey makes my house smell like a warm Danish summer day. That I get a great tasting alcoholic beverage that fills my soul, is just an added bonus.

It is a journey. From traveling to the mountains to visit bee farmers and finding the best quality honey, to bringing all my creativity into creating new and delicious flavors, and into re-doing and improving the recipes. It’s like any other creative outlet, you want to surpass your best every time.
